Our Directory Solution can meet the needs of many organizations, including a Chamber of Commerce, Associations and membership groups. The flexibility of the system allows you to have several levels of memberships, affording you upselling opportunities for more complete listings. Easy to manage and easy to update, this system can be plugged into our Content Management System as well as built as a stand-alone application.

Administrative Area
Approval System
Toggle on/off administrator approval of listings, updates to listings, and reviews.
Manage Users
Complete user management. Add, edit and delete members with ease. View member profiles, invoices, listings, and more!
Manage Listings
Add, edit, approve, reject, delete listings along with their associated products, documents, images, reviews, and categories.
Membership System
Add, edit, and delete membership types. Configure memberships through the administrator membership matrix editor. Define prices, trial periods, of an unlimited amount of memberships.
Field Editor
Add fields to listing registration and modification forms. Includes the ability to add checkbox, radio button, drop down, multiple select, text area, text input, and hidden fields. You may mark field required and change their order of display. Each field added can be toggled on/off for any membership.
Payment Gateway Management
Configure your payment gateway. Authorize.net, Paypal, 2CheckOut, and WorldPay modules are available and are included with the software.
Import Manager
Import listings via a comma separated list (CSV). The import manager automatically inserts listings and creates user accounts. Also includes a mapping feature making it possible to import almost any CSV file with ease.
Export Manager
Export listings into a comma separated list (CSV). You may select which fields to export to produce customized lists of your directory content.
Mailer
Send either HTML or plain text email to all users or listings of the directory. You may specify criteria based on category or location to narrow the range of users who will receive the email. Includes the option to add additional recipients.
Statistics
Export comma separated list (CSV) statistics or view a generalized list of statistics describing your directory.
History Log
Displays a log of all major actions performed in the directory. For example, if you or one of the administrators deletes a category, this action will be logged by date, time, and the administrator who performed the action.
Review Management
Edit, approve, and delete reviews.
Backup Manager
Perform immediate or scheduled database backups in either pure SQL format or in a compressed .zip format.
Banning / Filters
Create lists of URLs, words, or IP addresses which are either filtered or denied from entry into your directory.
Email Templates
Customize all emails that are dispatched to your users.
Administrator Management
Add, edit, delete, and define permissions for multiple administrators. For example, you may create an administrator account who only has permission to add listings.
Module Interface
View any installed modules including the module title, version, installation date, and the option to uninstall the module.

Submit New Listings
Users can submit new listings and manage all of their listings right from their control panel. The administrator can limit the number of free listings allowed if needed.
View/Edit Listings
Users and view and edit any of their listings eliminating the need for the administrator to manually make changes for clients.
Upgrade Listings
Users may upgrade their listings from their control panel with the click of a button.
View/Print Invoices
Users may view, print and pay invoices.
Banner Management
Users may upload (if their membership allows) banners. Banners are automatically resized according to administrator settings.
Email Confirmation / Password Reminder
Depending on administrator settings, the email confirmation feature will prevent users entering false email addresses. Users may also retrieve their passwords automatically in a 2-step secure process.
Listing Features
Image Gallery
Add, edit, delete images from the image gallery. Includes automatic thumbnailing and resizing. Users may click thumbnailed images to view a larger version. Images are searchable by the image description.
Product Gallery
Add, edit, delete images from the product gallery. Includes automatic thumbnailing and resizing of product images. Users may click thumbnailed images to view a larger version. Users may set expiration dates of products and include payment button code. Products are searchable.
Documents Gallery
Add, edit, delete images from the product gallery. Allowed document types are defined by the admin along with limited file sizes. Documents are searchable by their description.
Reviews
View and add reviews for listings. Allow visitors to add reviews for listings, and view the reviews left by other visitors right from the listing display page.
Ratings
Star rating system is included for all listings. Allow users to rate listings on a scale and display a 5 star display showing their ranking.
Maps
Administrator definable choice between Yahoo or Google in page maps. The in page maps use the Yahoo/Google API to display a dynamic map of the listings location. The administrator may also opt to simply display a "View Map" link instead of an in-page map.
Mail to a Friend
Allow visitors to mail information about a listing to an email of their choice.
Send Message
Allow visitors to contact listing owners through a web based form.
PDF Export
Allow visitors to export listings into PDF file format including general listing details and their logo (JPG and PNG supported)
Print
Allow visitors to print listings in a clean printable page format.
Website Link
Display a link to the listings website. Display the actual link or mask it with text such as "View Website". Administrator options include using Javascript click tracking or normal redirect click tracking.
Custom Listing Layout
Administrator definable listing layout per membership. Layout can also be modified by the listing owner through the optional HTML editor.
Custom Search Result Layout
Administrator definable search result layout per membership.
Membership specific styles
Administrator definable styles per membership. For example, you may have higher paid membership listing titles display in red bold text, while lesser paid membership may display in regular black font.
