Early in the year we realized that our customer's requests for training had reached a point that would require adaptation on our part. Jon, our head trainer, could only be with one client at a time, making it difficult to fit in everyone's trainings. In April of 2008 we launched a new training schedule, which offers our clients regular access to training classes. The classes are limited in size and are distinctively hands-on to provide an effective and productive environment. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, and these questions and answers often prove benficial to other attendees. By developing a curriculum specific to the services we offer we are able to provide information in a consistent and proven format.
We also made the decision to secure a room that would be dedicated to these training sessions and at a convenient location to our clients. Please click here to see our location on Google Maps.
All of our web contracts include two, two hour training sessions so that our clients will be fully equipped to manage their own website. Clients also have the option to purchase additional classes to train additional staff members or as a refresher course.
