The Merchant Card Industry has become a commodity based business. You can watch the Green Sheet on a monthly basis and the marketed pitch is either something free or customer service. In today’s economic climate what sets a company apart from others is not just price – we all need to be more than competitive. The differentiator is customer service. Sterling and its customer service staff provide outstanding customer support. Not only to the Agent Offices but also to the merchants. The level of service our customers receive is the best in the business.
Evolve Systems has built our business off referrals, and it would be impossible for the business model to work as well as it does without having a strong team supporting our efforts in the field.
Here are a few examples of the outstanding service we have received from Sterling’s staff members. When Tamara Worden was on vacation, she returned calls after normal business hours to answer some critical PCI questions. Corrie Bradish has assisted our needs while attending a music concert late in the evening. On a Saturday, Chris Citrano jumped in his car and drove to a PGA event to troubleshoot a terminal issue. Ryan Gucwa and LaKeshia Anderson have turned around Flexipricing in such a fast manner that it makes our team look like we’re really on the ball with our potential customers. Last but not least, Jeff Albrechta and his team can always be counted on for getting file builds and emergency assistance.
Credit and Risk, we cannot say enough about Carole and Marlene, wow! They have caught fraudulent transactions on the weekends, had late night conversations and in turn saved the customers thousands of dollars. Mike Milam continues to keep the best interest of Sterling in mind while working through the application approval process, finding a win-win for us all in boarding clients.
