2010 National Association of Woman Business Owners, Minnesota Chapter awarded to Marnie Ochs-Raleigh the "Member of the Year" Award - This recognition honors an outstanding NAWBO-MN member who has worked to practice, innovate and effect change by supporting and establishing presence for NAWBO.

October 2010 - Evolve Systems, Inc. was nominated and awarded the the prestigious Entrepreneur award at the Minnesota Family Business Awards dinner on October 26, 2010 by the Minnesota Family Business Awards committee. “They contribute not only to our economy, but also to the fabric of our communities. March 2010 - Innovation through Technology Award, Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce
Evolve Systems was selected for this award due to the efforts and opportunities created with Caleumen. Caleumen is a Shared Video Hosting platform which allows business owners to broadcast their business class videos without competitors adds displaying next to their video offering. It is a closed community program that assists in brand management.

March 2010 - Community Advocate, Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce
Evolve Systems was selected as the Community Advocate winner because of the outstanding efforts made into our local community and the support for Non-profit organizations we work with.

April 2009 - Established Woman, NAWBO-MN
Awarded to Marnie Ochs-Raleigh as "A woman business owner who has been in business for at least five years and as what it takes to sustain a steady business for years to come."

March 2009 - 40 Under Forty, Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal
Marnie Ochs-Raleigh was selected by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal as one of the "region's most talented and successful young leaders."

September 2008 - Chairman's Circle Award, Sterling Payment Technologies 
Evolve Systems was one of six selected offices that were recognized for their outstanding sales success and leading technology in the merchant card industry.

May 2008 - Donald Raleigh, Keynote speaker for the Midwest Society of Association Executive's Annual Meeting & Technology Expo.

Awarded for Evolve Systems' commitment to giving back to our community by closing down the office once a quarter and going into our community, performing random acts of kindness in cooperation with local charities.

Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors

In April of 2009, Marnie Ochs-Raleigh was elected to the Board of Directors.  She is also active on the Networking Committee.  The Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce is an excellent organization in our local community serving small business needs.

Alexandra House, Board of Directors

In January of 2008, Marnie Ochs-Raleigh joined the Board of Directors for the Alexandra House, a resource and refuge for battered women and children in Minnesota.

Rain Source Capital, Board of Directors

In July of 2008, Marnie Ochs-Raleigh was appointed to the Board of Directors for Rain Source Capital, an Angel Investment business established to assist owners in obtaining working capital to grow their business.

Treasured Chests, Board of Directors

Treasured Chests seeks to raise awareness and support for breast cancer. Marnie Ochs-Raleigh joined the board of directors in 2009 and resigned the position June 9th, 2009
