What ongoing support do you offer?

Answer:

All of our clients have access to our online Help Desk at http://www.evolvehelpdesk.com/. You can either submit a support ticket or search our interactive knowledgebase for immediate solutions. Many of the knowledgebase articles contain step-by-step instructions to walk you through common problems and question. We also have a number of tutorials online at www.evolve-systems.com/tutorials.

We offer live support from 8am-5pm CST. All support issues with your website are handled by our team in Roseville, MN. Please note that some support issues are considered billable time, and are billed at our standard rate of $25 per 15 minutes, with a 15 minute minimum.

Our monthly training seminars address various topics, covering everything from news and articles modules to marketing strategies. These seminars are advertised in our newsletter and are open to the first 20 people to RSVP.
