Question: How do I back up my website?
Answer: Log into the admin panel of your CMS and scroll down the start page to the “Services” section. Click “Back Ups” (top of the second column). Under “Make an Archive,” select New Archive. Select what parts of your site you would like to include in the back-up and provide a brief description of the back-up. Click “Make an Archive” and wait for the process to be completed. Once the archive is created you can download it to your hard drive or a flash drive by clicking on the file name.
We recommend backing up your site once a month and anytime you have made significant changes to your site. Please remember that backing up your site is your responsibility unless you have specifically contracted with us to perform that service for a fee.
