| | Highlights of 2009
It has been an amazing year for us and we have so much that we're thankful for. We have compiled a list of some of the highlights of 2009 as we prepare for an incredible 2010.
- The roll-out of our Website Maintenance Plan (WMP). We now offer customized maintenance plans to all of our clients, working with them to develop a plan to keep their website up-to-date as well as social media development and SEO work.
- The addition of a new staff member , Katherine Beckwith. Katherine is our customer retention specialist and works with our clients to develop their WMP.
- Moving our CMS hosting to Atomic Data Centers. We are thrilled with our new partnership with Atomic Data Centers and appreciate the level of security their system offers to our clients.
- We have created new partnerships with several additional banks, working with them to provide merchant processing solutions for their clients.
- Sterling Payment Technologies acknowledged our sales productivity, dedication and overall commitment through an invitation to their Chairman's Circle.
| | Friday Lunch of the Year
As many of you know, our staff gathers every Friday for lunch together. We take turns cooking with our limited kitchen facilities and enjoy the chance to connect at the end of a busy week.
Our favorite lunch of the year was made by Emmie Bradley, Help Desk Technician. She cooked an authentic Philippino meal, all of which was delicious. The highlight of the meal was definitely Turon, a Philippino dessert made with bananas and jack fruit and then deep fried. For her incredible Turon recipe, click here!
