Marnie J. Ochs-Raleigh, CEO, Ms. Ochs-Raleigh holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing. She has held senior executive positions in several industries including Finance, IT, Health and Commercial Construction. While in the Construction Industry she was consistently awarded with the most increased market penetration and largest levels of sales growth nationwide. She has spoken at several national venues on the topics, which include “Balancing Family with Business”, “Running a Home and Office”, “PCI Compliance” and “Making a difference in your Community”.
Ms. Ochs-Raleigh is recognized as a dynamic marketing partner and has become an asset to mentoring business owners looking to grow their own market segments. In February of 2007 Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was featured in Upsize Magazine with a full length article on Evolve Systems because of her forward thinking in “right” sourcing to technical partners in Russia, keeping Evolve Systems running twenty-four hours a day. In October 2007 Evolve Systems was awarded “Best Practices in Community Impact” from Upsize Magazine. Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was a featured panelist for a business leadership conference on business mentoring and establishing strategic alliances within the business community and growing a business in a flat economy in November of 2007. The National Association of Woman Business Owners Minnesota Chapter awarded Ms. Ochs-Raleigh the “Innovative Business Owner of the year” in 2008 for her progressive thinking and her technological expertise, which enables Evolve System’s customers to run their business more profitably. Evolve Systems was chosen by Sterling Payment Technologies to receive the Chairman’s Circle Award for merchant card processing in 2008. The Minnesota Chapter of NAWBO named Ms. Ochs-Raleigh a 2009 Established Woman Award recipient and the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal selected Ms. Ochs-Raleigh as a 2009 Forty Under Forty Honoree. Ms. Ochs-Raleigh has accepted nominations to the board of directors for the Alexandra House, RAIN Source Capital and Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce.
Having successfully launched over 750 websites, Evolve Systems continues to expand affiliate partner relationships while promoting customer satisfaction, enhancing business growth, and capturing global market share.
Ms. Ochs-Raleigh established Evolve Systems as a community-based company that donates 5% of corporate profits in cash or in kind services and also in volunteer hours to various community services and non-profit organizations. A list of our activities is posted on our website.
Donald Raleigh, President, Senior Technical Lead. Mr. Raleigh has designed several large-scale web implementations, such at Allianz Life Insurance of North America, U of M Carlson School of Management and Mastey de Paris, as well as creating the e-mail security infrastructure for the United States Department of Transportation, Washington, D.C. Mr. Raleigh is an MCSE, MCT, CCNA, CCSA, and a member of the Webmasters Guild and an active blogger. Mr. Raleigh is a former Military Intelligence Liaison specializing in Russian with nearly 8 years active duty in the US Army split between Washington, D.C. (Presidential Service) and the former East German Border (American Liaison Mission). Mr. Raleigh has been the Principal Lead on over 500 web site deployments and was recently honored with a speaking engagements for the Intersec Conference on technology and security. Mr. Raleigh is also very committed to community based activities such as:
