Marnie J. Ochs-Raleigh, CEO, Ms. Ochs-Raleigh holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing. She has held senior executive positions in several business industries to include the Finance, IT, Health and Commercial Construction. While in the Construction Industry she was consistently awarded with the most increased market penetration and largest levels of growth Nationwide. She has spoken at several national venues on the topics of “Balancing Family with Business” and “Running a Home and Office.” These recognitions have led to Ms. Ochs-Raleigh being asked to be a sitting member on Senator Norm Colman's Small Business Tax Task Force. Ms. Ochs-Raleigh is recognized as a dynamic marketing partner and an asset to mentoring business owners looking to grow their own market segments. Ms. Ochs-Raleigh spoke recently at the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA). In February of 2007 Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was featured in Upsize Magazine (upsizemag.com) with a full length article on Evolve Systems because of their forward thinking in “right”sourcing to technical partners in Russia, keeping Evolve Systems running twenty-four hours a day. In November 2007 Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was a featured panelist for a business leadership conference on business mentoring and establishing strategic alliances within the business community and growing a business in a flat economy. In January of 2008, Ms. Ochs-Raleigh joined the Board of Directors for the Alexandra House, a resource and refuge for battered women.
Ms. Ochs-Raleigh formed Evolve Systems as a community-based company that donates 5% of corporate profits in cash and in kind services to community services and non-profit organizations. A list of our activities is posted on our website.
Donald Raleigh, President, Senior Technical Lead. Mr. Raleigh holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science. He has designed several large-scale web implementations, such at Allianze Life Insurance of North America, U of M Carlson School of Management and Mastey de Paris, as well as creating the e-mail security infrastructure for the United States Department of Transportation, Washington, D.C. Mr. Raleigh is an MCSE, MCT, CCNA, CCSA, and a member of the WebMasters Guild. Mr. Raleigh is a former Military Intelligence Liaison with nearly 8 years active duty in the US Army split between Washington, D.C. (Presidential Service) and the former East German Border (American Liaison Mission). Mr. Raleigh has been the Principal Lead on over 500 web site deployments and was honored with a speaking engagement for the Minnesota Inventor’s Congress and the 2007 Biz Expo (Minnesota Small Business Expo & Conference). Mr. Raleigh was recently named the keynote speaker for the Midwest Society of Association Executive's Annual Meeting & Technology Expo, taking place in May of 2008.
