We have an extraordinarily talented Artistic Director but honestly, he isn't website savvy and wouldn't be able to drive the creation of a site that met both our needs (content and structural) and my very strong visual sensibilities. The team of Evolve Systems and Haglof Design worked so well with our NAWBO-MN (National Association of Women Business Owners) website design and development two years ago, that I did not hesitate to hire them both again when Brigham Group Staffing needed a new website. Kathy Haglof is inspiring and fun to work with, and was able to capture the look and feel that I wanted our website and our company branding to reflect. It is not only eye-catching, but fun and user friendly. I really wanted our website to be "non-corporate" looking--more fun and engaging for the type of entry-level applicants we work with. With Kathy, it is not just about a "pretty picture"--she really got to know our business, our audience and what we were trying to accomplish and turned that knowledge into a vision, then a reality. We are now in the process of using her web design concepts to carry over into our print and social media presence.
Evolve Systems has been great to work with as well--they encourage us to learn how to manage the website ourselves (something we're not used to, but definitely something we want to do!), but are also there 24-7 to assist us with any issues we need assistance with. My last simple request was completed and communicated back to us in 42 minutes! Because we have no IT staff or department, we have counted on Evolve Systems to go above and beyond their normal scope, and they have stepped up to the plate, and helped facilitate an interface/integration with our staffing database (eEmpact) so that in a single visit to our site, job applicants can browse available jobs, apply online, and with a simple click of a button, their entire application goes from the website into our database. We especially appreciate the fact that they work directly with our other vendors, keeping us in the loop but helping with the "tech-speak" that is needed.
