We live in a global economy, so there is a tremendous amount of pressure to perform at the highest levels at the most competitive prices. This has led many companies to outsource their organizations to other countries for things such as a help desk, telephone support, and other services. Evolve Systems believes that there is a better way - we call it “Evolvesourcing”.
Evolvesourcing means to us that we use the best talent we have here at our US-based headquarters while, at the same time, contracting for other services that are not core functions of our business to other locations.
In February of 2007, Ms. Ochs-Raleigh was featured in Upsize Magazine with a full length article on Evolve Systems due to her forward thinking in “right” sourcing to technical partners in Russia, keeping Evolve Systems running twenty-four hours a day. Some of the places we “Evolvesource” our secondary services to are: Minnesota, Arizona, Texas, California, Colorado, England, Germany, Russia, Croatia, and Cyprus and India.
Our programming team in our Minnesota office consists of five programmers to assist with client interaction, helpdesk support, personalized training, open lab opportunities, and monthly seminars. We work closely with our evolvesourced staff and all communication as managed by our Account Executive or Senior Project Manager. Our clients do not interact with our extended teams but can assume some of the back end technology work may be evolvesourced for custom projects.
