Executive Team
Since its inception, Evolve Systems has been lead by a vibrant husband-and-wife duo as the President and CEO, respectively. Both coming from strong family backgrounds full of entrepreneurship and hard work, Marnie and Don’s priority is to serve their clients and their community.
Marnie Ochs-Raleigh
Marnie Ochs-Raleigh holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing. Marnie has held senior executive positions in several industries, including Finance, IT, Health and Commercial Construction. Marnie is recognized as a dynamic marketing partner and has become an asset to mentoring business owners looking to grow their own market segments. Marnie is passionate about developing relationships with her clients, and her many accolades can attest to her aptitude and work ethic. Some examples include:
- “Innovative Business Owner of the Year” in 2008 by The National Association of Woman Business Owners Minnesota Chapter for her progressive thinking and technological expertise
- Named a 2009 Established Woman Award recipient by The Minnesota Chapter of NAWBO
- Selected as a 2009 Forty Under Forty Honoree by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal
- Invited to speak at several national venues on topics which include “Balancing Family with Business”, “Running a Home and Office”, “PCI Compliance” and “Making a Difference in your Community”
- Featured as a panelist for a business leadership conference on business mentoring and establishing strategic alliances within the community, as well as growing a business in a flat economy in November of 2007
Donald Raleigh
Donald Raleigh has designed several large-scale web implementations and hundreds of small and medium scale projects. Donald has been the Principal Lead on over 1500 website deployments. Additionally, Donald has given multiple keynote addresses across the country on a variety of diverse topics. Much of his ambition and no-excuses approach comes from his background as a former Military Intelligence Liaison specializing in Russian with nearly 8 years active duty in the US Army split between Washington, D.C. (Presidential Service) and the former East German Border (American Liaison Mission). Donald currently serves as a Captain in the US Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol, as a Squadron Commander and Emergency Services Officer.
